At Milestone Mazda, we may gather information about our customers to operate our business.  This information gives us the ability to advise our customers about information relevant to their initial contact with our dealership.  Information available publicly such a directory listing of your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number is not considered to be personal information.

We may have personal information about you if you:

Purchase a vehicle or have vehicles serviced here - Apply for a vehicle purchase loan through our Business Office-Purchase a warranty or insurance product - Apply for an account- Rent a vehicle through Vacation Rent a Car.

The information will only be used for the following:

To enhance products, services and our marketing to you-To meet safety, legal and regulatory requirements - For vehicle service reminders, recalls and campaigns - For warranty purposes, including purchases- Credit applications - Insurance purchases - Re-selling vehicles - To protect our business interests such as if you owe a debt to our company

The only people we will ever disclose this information to will be:

Our Manufacturer and our Manufacturer's Financial institutions and credit bureaus, on a confidential basis, if you are applying for a loan – Vehicle Warranty Providers (for warranty purchases and claims) - Insurance companies and vehicle insurers (to purchase insurance or to process claims)-Other auto dealerships for the efficient provision of service to you - Our dealer computer system provider (for record-keeping purposes only) - Purchasers of vehicles previously traded-in - Someone who we reasonably believe is seeking information as your agent - Employees of our company who have a specific need to know in connection with the purposes identified  here, and access is permitted only to the extent necessary for such purposes

We retain the information only as long as is required by law, our Manufacturer's policy, or for the operation of our business.  You may review information we collect about you by you at our dealership at any time during regular working hours.  We will correct any errors we have made or outdated information.
