Mazda Miata MX5

I was looking for a new vehicle due to some "fit" issues with my exisiting car. I knew I liked the Mazdas from my local shopping, but was looking for a end of model year version to save some dollars and my local dealer didn't seem too interested in finding one to bring in for me. I started checking around looking for dealers with online inventory and sent an inquiry. Alex called me right back the next morning and got a feel for my situation and was awesome to work with. He gave me a great price on the car and was very comparable to the -big city dealers- but with a much more personal touch and was really accessible and helpful. We went down to Lethbridge a couple days later and picked up the car. I couldn'-t be happier with the service and everyone/s commitment to making me happy with my purchase.

2014 Mazda CX-5

I decided to trade in my 2011 Mazda 2 as I wanted something a little bit bigger. I have always had such wonderful service at Milestone Mazda no matter what I am getting done- from oil changes to buying my second vehicle with them. I decided to get a pre-owned SUV and could not be happier! Even though I ended up getting a Nissan pre-owned I highly recommend using Milestone Mazda, the staff is excellent and they really take pride in what they do! I was working closely with Sue, Darryl and Jaime and they made the whole experience easy, fun and convenient! My favorite part was learning how to set up the Bluetooth with Sue. Thank you everyone!

2011 Nissan Rouge

When I first off seen the commercials of the new mazda I was drawn to it already. I was already in the market looking for a new vehicle. I googled the nearest place to buy one and it came up with milestone mazda. So I emailed the dealership to get a quote. The very same day I received a call back and was referred to Jaime. I put my application in and she got to work on it ASAP. I was very impressed on how quick the answer she got and the great deal we received. Within the week after we made our decision to go with it. I was looking at a car but Jaime knew what was best for us because we are expanding our family very soon. She got us into a 2014 Mazda CX 5 our payments are very affordable. She went out of her way to deliver our vehicle as promised on that Saturday. Sean took us for our test drive and was very open and friendly. Everyone that we were introduced to was so friendly and outgoing and put a smile on our face. The vehicle was delivered to our satisfaction and I would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from there. They really treat you like a valued customer. 2014 Mazda CX-5 GX

I decided that it was time to give my old truck a rest and driving through Milestone Mazda's lot one day I spotted a newer truck that caught my eye. I went into the showroom and was immediately met by Shawn. I told him what I was looking at, he got the keys and we took a closer look at the truck. A 2005 Ford F150. But enough about the truck, it is great. But the real great thing about this whole experience is the wonderful people that I met. Shawn is a great salesperson, knowledgeable and friendly and never overbearing. He listened and was most helpful. I met others there as well. Jaime Johnston the Financial Services Manager was very proficient, friendly and helpful. Sue Johnson a Product Specialist made a point of saying hello and Nick Karl another Product Specialist took my new licence plate and attached it to the vehicle I bought. Darryl Kroeker, the New Car Sales Manager, made a point of introducing himself to me and my friend that was with me and Alex Pilgrim, the General Manager, was also very friendly and I enjoyed visiting with him. After purchasing the vehicle and while returning to Taber I received an email from Barry Dubnyk, Thanking me for my purchase and business. I was totally amazed at all of the great treatment from everyone. I have never in my life been treated like that in a car dealership. My friend even commented that he too had never seen such great service and friendship at a car dealership before. And we are both in our mid to late sixties, so we have seen a lot of dealerships through the years. Keep up the great work ethics and I am sure that when I decide to get another vehicle I will be back at MILESTONE MAZDA again! I will not hesitate to tell others of the great experience I had buying a vehicle from MILESTONE MAZDA.

Mazda B2000 pickup 1987 with 340000km

We had previously dealt with Milestone, and had purchased a 2010 M5. Management had gone out of their way to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. The van was excellent and all of the scheduled maintenance was done at Milestone with Karl and his team greeting us as friends and answering any and all questions that we had. -- While we were not looking for a new vehicle, we stopped into the dealership and noticed the new crossover CX-5. We asked Barry -dealer principal- about this vehicle. He immediately stopped what he was doing and explained in detail to us all about this unit. He turned us over to Sue, and with her smile and laughter made us feel at home. When we decided to purchase, we were turned over to Jamie -finance manager- who we had worked with in 2010. Everything went smoothly with her, as it had in 2010 and we are now the proud owners of a 2015 CX-5. -- Based on our experience with Milestone Mazda we would not consider dealing any where else.

2015 CX-5

I have always LOVED the look of Mazdas, particularly the Mazda 3. I was definitely not looking into buying a car at the time I stopped in. What motivated me to stop in was being pushed by a salesman at a different dealership into buying a car I didn't particularly like. So, I stopped by Mazda just to ensure my head was in the right place. Right away Sue greeted with the most enthusiastic and brightest smile. She took the time to get to know me and get an actual feel for what I might have been looking for. She nailed everything and without me telling her, walked me out to my Mazda 3. Right then and there I placed the deposit and went to work with Jaime who did everything in her power to make sure that car would be leaving the lot with me. I've had my car for 3 days and I am head over heels in love with it! Thank you to the whole Mazda team for getting me into my dream car :-.

2013 Mazda 3 GX

I had heard that Milestone Mazda is a leader in customer service. I now see why that statement is true. From the moment I walked into the showroom and was greated by Darryl to the final handshake as I closed the car sale with Jaime, the experience was exceptional. As I was introduced to everyone from the sales personnel in the showroon to those in the service area, I felt everyone had a genuine interest in looking after me. My questions were answered, and if the answer was unknown they found it, now! Advantages and disadvantages of add on features were thoroughly explained to me, and I was allowed to make the informed decision as to what I wanted, without any high pressure sales tactics. This to me , sets Milestone apart from the rest. Drive on Milestone! I'm glad I'm dealing with a leader!

2013 Mazda 3

I'm not one who knows one car model from another, but I do know that every time I pulled up next to a Mazda it caught my attention. I also knew that the next time I planned on buying a vehicle I'd be exploring those cars. Like an educated consumer I took my time and walked away in order to do some research and check some other vehicles out as well. However, something kept drawing me back to that car, and the research confirmed that it has solid ratings. So back I went to Milestone Mazda in Lethbridge, AB. From the moment I walked in the door, it was apparent that the service, knowledge and commitment to the customer was number one and that this is a true team of professionals that work with you through the whole process.----I can't say enough. I -"love" my new car and would "highly" recommend that anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to put it on their list of dealerships to explore. 2013 Mazda 3

We have owned 6 Mazda's over the years and have always been pleased with their performance, reliability, and good looks. This is our second purchase from Milestone and it was a very enjoyable experience. Everyone is excited to greet you. The sales team are eager and knowledgeable. Financials were explained expertly by Stew. When we picked up the CX-5 even Mr. Dubnyk came out to have a look at the sand colour leather seats with our Blue Reflex Mica exterior. Sue was fantastic to deal with. She is upbeat and excited about the products she sells. Alex was forthcoming and honest about the whole process as well. 2014 Mazda CX-5 GS

I first drove onto the Milestone Mazda lot during a snowstorm and -20C weather. I was very surprised to have Nick Karl, one of the salespeople, come out in that weather and greet me and ask if he could help me with anything. That day I happened to be just looking but I made sure that when I went back I dealt with Nick again. From start to finish, the entire Milestone Mazda staff were extremely helpful and very willing to find me the best option to fit my life. They patiently showed me the financial terms, knowing full well that I had already discussed with them that I was "only looking" that day, as well as taking a test drive and a full once over of the 2014 Mazda 3 that I was interested in. They went well beyond my expectations as the other dealerships I had visited that weekend were not so willing to help if I wasn-t going to purchase a vehicle that day. From their sales staff, to their financial team and even their breakdown of the warranties offered, it was a pleasure to deal with the entire Milestone staff. Thanks again for everything guys!
